RD3 really feels unfinished and unloved by its creators. Why else would you throw in such a lot of cars and tracks, yet totally neglect to create a somewhat realistic, or at least overall engaging racing-experience? Why else would you neglect to enhance in-car views and add pitstops? I just never feel like I'm participating in races, I'm just playing another game here. If Codemasters can just concentrate on making each and every series drive as well as most of its standalone racing products do, the TOCA games will return to their former glory in the years to come. If that means cutting back on the different divisions offered within the game, so be it.
