GT Legends Review @ GameSpot
Reviews/Previews | GT Legends | By Paul on 23 February 2006 14:42

GameSpot have posted a review of GT Legends giving it 8.5/10:

Unlike GPL, which initially proved too difficult for so many players, and different from other time-traveling racing games that plop you in glorified hovercrafts, GT Legends delivers a gritty, entirely believable, and eminently scalable experience. When played at the most approachable of its five difficulty levels, GT Legends is a great racing game for those who don't want to sweat the details. But when undertaken at either of its two or three most challenging difficulty levels, it's a truly impressive drive that doesn't keep you on the edge of your seat by being frustratingly impossible (hello, GPL), but rather by convincing you that you must treat your virtual car like you would a real, live hunk of machinery.

TOCA/DTM Race Driver 3 Review @ 1Up
Reviews/Previews | TOCA/DTM Race Driver 3 | By Paul on 23 February 2006 14:39

1Up have posted a review of TOCA/DTM Race Driver 3 giving it 6.5/10:

From a production standpoint, TOCA is fantastic. The graphics are top-notch, the online modes are much more than most would expect (especially on the PlayStation 2), and the story mode features a minimum of groan-inducing dialogue to get in the way of the racing action. If Codemasters can just concentrate on making each and every series drive as well as most of its standalone racing products do, the TOCA games will return to their former glory in the years to come. If that means cutting back on the different divisions offered within the game, so be it. As it stands, Race Driver 3 suffers from too much variety and not enough substance.
