GFR deserves a good couple of hours to really get into. At first, arcade racers like myself well get totally trumped by the AI unless you turn it down to a more lenient level. Getting the feel for your vehicle and the AI as you adjust it is quite a bit of fun in itself as you'll see your lap times and all around skills move up appreciably as you continue to play more. One of the most important contributing factors to making this happen and keep it enjoyable while doing so is the game's fair but smart AI. Basically, if you're looking for a fun sim racing game, you got it right here. You can read the full review here and don't forget to view our game profile.

In racing games, it is all about handling and the sense of speed. Nothing but flying colours for CRC in this area. Distinct surfaces require different driving styles, the choice of tires can make you lose a race and every vehicle has its own acceleration, suspension and handling. It is not just numbers, you can actually feel your car drift on the terrain and it takes some practice to be natural at the driving. You can read the full review here and don't forget to view our game profile.
Jucied Review @ Next-Level Gaming
Reviews/Previews | Juiced | By Paul on 8 July 2005 22:19
Next-Level Gaming have posted a review of Jucied giving it 79/100:
If Juiced came out in February or March of this year, we'd be talking about exclusive features like pink slip racing and crews. And it's not Juice Game's fault that it happened this way. But in the meantime, some great racing games have come out that just make Juiced an average racer. There are great things about it, like the deep customizing mode and the flat out arcade racing style. But at the same time you can't really tweak your car, and the showoff mode with it's trick racing is pointless. You can read the full review here and don't forget to view our game profile.
