A bit of news it appears we may have missed, Driver 3 has been released for the PC.

However, judging by internet reviews of the game (see our Driver 3 game profile) the game is appaling anyway!

CTDP Complete 1998 Mod Released

CTDP have today released their complete 1998 season modification for F1 Challenge 1999 - 2002.

The mod contains 1998 cars, textures, tracks, physics, performances and much more. This is, as usual, high quality work by CTDP and a recommended download which you can find here. The file is approx. 80mb big.

GTR: FIA GT Racing Game Add-on Announced

Simbin/10tacle have announced that they will release a free add-on for GTR - FIA GT Racing Game.

GTR is taking the world by storm! That is something every fan of the award winning motorsport simulation would agree with. Now, the developer SimBin Development Team and publisher 10TACLE STUDIOS proudly announce another free expansion pack, the "King of Ovals". This pack adds three new fictional tracks in the style of American oval circuits to the existing selection of tracks in GTR. Oval racing in a GT car is a unique challenge, and provides the player with an interesting variation from the FIA-GT seasonal circuits. Each of the new tracks is designed to present the player with a different characteristic of oval racing, and the AI behaviour is adjusted to suit the new conditions and keep the player challenged.
