GamesDomain have posted a preview of Driver 3:

Driv3r's story (called the "Undercover" mode) involves Tanner again going covert with his partner Tobias Jones in an attempt to take down a worldwide auto-theft ring. The action takes place in three diverse cities around the world: Miami, Nice and Istanbul. The claim is that there are 30,000 buildings individually "hand-placed and decorated" and 150 miles of streets (as well as more "uncharted" areas) in which to cruise, so the cities are big and detailed. And, for those among us with a sadistic bent, it appears that pedestrians will be viable targets, unlike previous Drivers that gave them otherworldly powers of dexterity in avoiding their demise.
