As we started to test our first track layouts, we had some trouble getting our car to hug the inside of the corners in a realistic manner. After discussing the car handling with Richard Burns, we realised that what was missing was a higher detail in the modelling of the road surface - most importantly, the camber of the road.An interesting read. V-Rally 3 Review @ Computer & Video Games
Reviews/Previews | V-Rally 3 | By Paul on 12 January 2004 22:09
Computer & Video Games have posted a review of V-Rally 3 giving it 79 / 100:
V-Rally 3 also offers two different classes of rallying. The 1.6 litre engine is effectively beginner mode and sure enough, I managed to win the rally of England by more than two minutes over my nearest rival. However, once you've got a few seasons under your belt in this mode and proved you're ready to cut it with the big boys, you're offered the chance to race in the 2.0 litre 4x4 event. This is not only more challenging, but introduces you to new tracks too.You can read the full review here and don't forget to view our game profile.
