Codemasters Announce TOCA Race Driver 2 for Xbox

Codemasters have announced their intention to release TOCA Race Driver 2 on the Xbox in Spring 2004.

Race Driver 2 will provide petrol head gamers with the most diverse range of challenging motorsports ever seen in one game. Over 30 global championships will be featured, with players competing in events including GT Sports Car Racing, Street Racing, Rally, DTM, V8 Supercars, Global GT Lights, Rally Cross, Formula Ford, Open Wheel Grand Prix and Classic Car Racing.

Final Chance to Enter Panasonic-Racing Competition

Toyota F1 have let us know that the final chance to enter the Panasonic F1 Racing competition is Thursday, October 12th at midnight.

The central component to the online campaign is their 'Build a car' competition, which brings the Formula 1 experience to life in a fun and interactive way. The object of the competition is to build your own Panasonic Toyota racing car by collecting key parts of the car.

According to Motorsportgaming.com, the development of Geoff Crammond's latest title Stunt Car Racer Pro could be in jeopardy, following the closure of Lost Toys' studios this week.

You may remember that Geoff Crammond was working with Lost Toys on the development of this game. We don't have any more details at present, but as soon as we get them we will bring them to you. Don't forget to post your comments on our forums.
