High Gear posts World Sports Cars Radio Report
Game News | By Paul on 11 April 2001 19:05

A couple of days ago I posted information about a World Sports Cars radio interview. Well today my really good friends at High Gear have posted a report on that interview highlighting the important stuff in it. Here's an extract:

"What kind of the cars will the game have? "Well, we're planning on adding some sports cars from the 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s. You can either work your way through all of them or maybe pick a car from a certain year and race another car from that same period. Or you can of course race a car from the 60s against a car from today and directly compare performance, etc. There is a wide variety of cars, so we're not going to do only American Le Mans or just Le Mans, etc. Not all cars will be available in the game from the start. We're planning on having a basic set of car in the game and other cars will be added via add-ons and/or maybe via the community. We try to make the game as flexible as possible and try to keep it open-ended so that people can eventually add stuff they'd like to have in the game. Official add-ons can only be done when they get the licensing done, but that's where the community comes into play."
