- SimRacingWorld reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or modify the service, including pricing structure, at any time without prior notice.
- Refunds will not be given unless it can be proved that no files were able to be downloaded by the user due to technical error. Usage is tracked and will be verified by SimRacingWorld before a refund is offered.
- It is forbidden to post direct links to SRW+ files to users other than the registered user. Usage is tracked and monitored closely to identify abuse. The offending account will be cancelled without warning or refund.
