SBK 09 Superbike World Championship is the third in the series from Milestone. It is based on the official licence owned by Infront Motor Sports, and features the real teams and drivers.

This year, every feature of the game has been improved. There are new 3D environments, new teams, a complete track overhaul, new gameplay structure, new game modes, new damage modelling, and a revamped user interface. There are now five gameplay modes, including a full championship. There are also multiplayer options.
