Virtual Grand Prix 3 is an ongoing development project by Paolo Cattani, which is purely available as an online download. It is based on real Formula One (though it does not have an official FIA license), and includes many cars and tracks, as well as F1 car physics and sounds. The game developers claim that the AI and tyre physics are un-rivaled in any other simulation title.
